Active Plans – The Center of the Intelligent Command Platform

Intelligent Command takes static, paper-based emergency preparedness plans and transforms them into Active Plans -- dynamic, system-driventasks and processes, allowing the automatic monitoring and response framework to be established. ContinuityNow! goes beyond paper-based plans. With Intelligent Command, you implement triggers, actions and decisions based on specific input received by the system monitors. These monitors “listen” for various types of conditions (alarms, sensors, data, emails, voice calls) and then respond with automated, collaborative actions, such as email, IM alerts, voice and video conferencing. Simultaneously, Intelligent Command provides unified, real-time situational awareness and decision support through its Collaborative Portal dashboard.

• Triggers activate a plan when Intelligent Command matches incoming data with defined conditional parameters
• Decisions are conditional statements within the plan that react to incoming data and initiate Actions based on conditional parameters
• Actions are automatic responses initiated by Intelligent Command based on matching Decision criteria being received

Web Portal

The Web portal allows for support during the definition and design of Emergency Response, Disaster Recovery and COOP plans, implementation of the plans, and monitoring capabilities prior, during and after events with full collaboration during all phases of the process. Teams can collaborate on the design and definition of Disaster Recovery, OEP and COOP plans. Once those plans are developed, they are stored, “activated” and accessed through the portal.
